摘要
校内实训基地是从大学课堂到工作岗位之间的桥梁,是实现由理论知识教学到实际社会需求无缝过度的有效途径。为了提高学生的就业能力,探索了一种以社会需求为导向的计算机专业校内实训基地的建设方案。该方案以项目驱动的教学模式和考核方法为基础,采用多目标的实践教学手段,并辅以实训项目的动态更新机制。事实证明,该实训方案有效地提高了计算机软件实训的质量,在提高学生专业技能、团队意识、竞争意识方面发挥了重要作用,进而增强了学生的就业能力。
As a bridge between classrooms of university and employment,intramural practice training is an effective way to implement the seamless transition from the teaching in theory to the actual requirement of society.In order to improve the employment ability of students,an intramural practice training scheme oriented by the social requirement is investigated.Based on the project-driven teaching style and evaluation approach,the training scheme adopts the multi-purpose practice teaching method and the dynamic upgrading mechanism of the training projects.It is proved by the facts that the proposed training scheme improved effectively the quality of software practice training for computer specialty,and played an important role on strengthening the practice skill,team sense and competition sense of the students.Consequently,the employment ability of the students was improved by the intramural practice training.
