With the development of the computer information technology,the digital campus construction is developing rapidly at all the universities.Teachers＇ course-management system has become one of the most important parts of the campus construction.How to make better use of the system,to improve the teaching quality and to encourage students＇ independent study？ The paper does some research into the system based on the personal experience accumulated in the process of planning,designing,testing and operating of the Finance School＇s course-management system.
