废纸脱墨制浆是集合碎浆系统、筛选净化系统、浮选洗涤脱墨、洗涤浓缩、热分散系统、漂白为一体的制浆过程。其各个环节和作用效果是相互影响。整条浆料制备生产线的技术及设计方案必须具有较高的成本效率和符合低碳经济要求,以满足生产商的最大利润化要求。
waste paper deinking pulping is a integrated pulping process combining pulp system,screening and cleaning process,flotation washing deinking,washing and thickening,heat dispersing system,bleaching.These sections affect each other.The technique and the design of the whole pulping production line should save cost and meet the requirements of low carbon economy,so that the manufacture can achieve the profit maximizing.
