根尖孔开放预防扩管后突发疼痛临床效果分析

Clinical evaluation of opening root foramen prophylaxis flare-up pain post-treatment

目的:研究扩管后疏通开放根尖孔对缓解根管预备后突发疼痛、肿胀的作用。方法:选择200例(共200颗患牙)临床诊断为牙髓坏死的患者分为两组。研究组100颗患牙根管预备后用10号K锉疏通开放根尖部;对照组100颗患牙常规根管预备。记录两组患者根管预备后疼痛程度及肿胀情况,并进行卡方检验。结果:研究组未出现根管预备后剧烈疼痛及肿胀,而对照组有5例,两组疼痛程度发生情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根尖孔开放有利于缓解根管预备后疼痛。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of dredging and opening root foramen after endodontic treatment of necrotic teeth in the prevention of post-treatment flare-up pain and swelling.Methods： A total of 200 teeth with diagnosis of pulpal necrosis were selected in 200 patients,and randomly divided into 2 groups.The first group（study group n=100） was dredged and opened root foramen with 10# K File after root canal preparation.The second group（control group n=100） was treated with ordinary method.The patient had to indicate if pain or swelling were present after root canal preparation.Data were statistically analyzed with the χ2 test.Results： Five case of flare-up pain and swelling was found in control group,whereas there was no flare-up pain and swelling in study group.The statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： Opening root foramen after endodontic treatment of necrotic teeth can lessen post-treatment flare-up pain and swelling.
