兔VX2肺癌模型的建立及MSCT观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨肺内注入组织块悬液建立兔VX2肺癌模型的方法。方法:将VX2肿瘤组织块悬液注入12只中国大耳白兔右肺下叶内。利用CT扫描观察肿瘤生长和胸腔内转移情况,同时观察动物的一般情况。结果:建立的兔VX2肺癌模型组织学表现与荷瘤种兔相同。接种成功率为100%,胸壁种植率为8.3%,实验动物自接种到CT扫描发现肿瘤生长的时间为(7±1.5)d,从发现肿瘤生长到出现右侧胸腔积液间隔(8±1.6)d。12只中国大耳白兔自然存活时间为(27±4.7)d。结论:采用组织块悬液肺内注入法建立兔VX2肺癌模型方法简便,接种成功率高,是建立兔VX2肺癌模型的理想方法。 Objective:To explore the method of reproduction of rabbit VX2 lung cancer model by percutaneous injection of VX2 tumour mass suspension into lungs of rabbits guided by MSCT.Methods:12 Chinese white rabbits were percutaneously injected the VX2 tumor mass suspension into the right lobes of the animal guided by MSCT,and MSCT scan was performed to observe and evaluate the success rate of the tumor models and the condition of tumor growth as well as metastases at local and diffuse tissues or organs.The general state of health of the tumor-bearing rabbits was also observed and documented for further analysis.Results: The tumor models reproduced by this method presented pathologically identical characteristics to the parent tumor;the success rate of transplanted tumor were 100%,the implantation rate in chest wall was 8.3%(1/12);the mean time from the day the animals were inoculaeted to the day the reproduced tumors were found growth successful by MSCT was(7±1.5)days,while the mean time from the day the tumors were found growth successful to the day the pleural effusions were found in the right pleural cavities of the animals was(8±1.6)days;the natural survival time of the 12 Chinese white rabbits was(27±4.7)days.Conclusion:The method is simple and high efficient for reproduction of rabbit VX2 lung cancer model by percutaneous puncture-inoculation of mass suspension of VX2 tumor into the animal's lungs,with an very high success rate,and is an ideal one for reproduction of VX2 lung cancer model.
