摘要
设计了一种高精度全天候太阳跟踪仪,解决了光电传感器在阴云天气无法准确跟踪太阳的困难。跟踪仪具有两种可以自动切换的跟踪方式:实时跟踪方式和程序跟踪方式。对程序跟踪进行了误差修正,实现了两种跟踪方式的平稳切换。选用两级减速传动机构:齿轮传动和蜗轮蜗杆传动,减速比达360:1。采用了消隙齿轮机构消除了齿轮啮合的空回误差,提高了传动的精度和平稳性。经实验验证,高精度全天候太阳跟踪仪的跟踪误差小于0.1°,从而提高了太阳能的利用率和太阳辐射测量数据的准确度。
This paper designs a high preoision and all-weather solar tracker and solves the difficulties that we can not trach the sun in the clouds weather using photoelectric sensor The tracker has two t racking modes,one is real-time tracking and the other is program tracing. Mor, over, the switching process of the two raoking modes is very smooth by the result of the error correction of program traoing. It uses two-stage reduoing transmission mechanism, the fist stage is gear transmissionand the second is worm-drive, and the reduction ratio is up to 360:1. Furthermore, it adopts consumption sap gear to eliminate the clearance of gears meahing, which improves the accuracy and stability of transmission. The experiments prove thatthe Racking error is less than 0.1 degree, so this solar tracker is able to improve the utilization of solar energy and improvethe accuracy of solar irradiance measurements.
