利用UG建立全参数化渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮 被引量:2

摘要 齿轮齿形主要是由渐开线形成的,利用简单绘图命令不能精确画出,可以用编程方法生成渐开线齿廓,但要求专业知识做辅助支撑。本文采用的另一种方法是直接利用UG5.0强大的表达式功能和规律曲线命令,绘制出齿轮的渐开线齿廓,再用拉伸命令形成单齿齿形结构,之后用环形阵列命令生成渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮。通过改变齿数、模数等参数生成新的渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮三维模型,达到全参数化设计的目的。 As the gear tooth profile is mainly formed by involute, it is impossible to draw it using general command.and it also needs specialized knowledge by procedural programming method todraw it In this paper,with the help of rule curve formula function of UG5.0,the authors firstly draw gear involute tooth profile, then form, single tooth protile and 3D strueture in stretching manner,and then oomplete the whole cylindrical straight gear by circular array command.Through changing parameters of the teeth number, file modulus etc.,another 3D model of involute straight gear is newly formed.and the objective of parameterized design of straight gear is realized.
