摘要
为实现汽车制动缸主孔内壁疵病的检测,提出了一种高精度非接触光电成像检测方法。该方法采用高精度的传动机构带动内窥光学系统在主缸内孔中运动,利用高分辨率CCD摄像系统获取制动缸主孔内壁图像,通过图像处理完成制动缸主孔内壁疵病检测。文中重点介绍了制动缸主孔内壁疵病检测的原理和二维光扫描成像技术,并对总体的检测精度进行了分析。
The paper puts forward a new high-precise non-contact photoelectric imaging method to detect flaw of brake cylinder main hole wall of automobile in cylinder cavity. The system uses high-precise drive mechanism to drive endoscopic optical system moved in limited cylinder oavity. We utilizes high-resolution CCD camera technology to acquire main hole image,and completes flaw measurement through image processing. The principle of the flaw detection of main hole wall and the technique of two dimensional optical scanning imaging are introduced in detail, and the overall detection aocuracy is analyzed.
