摘要
以Y2O3粗粉、Y2O3、硝酸和NH3·H2O为原料,通过共沉淀法合成了Yb3+:Y2O3透明陶瓷纳米粉体,并采用TG/DTA、XRD、SEM以及光谱分析方法对粉体性能进行了表征。结果表明,在先驱物中添加适量的聚乙二醇能改善粉体的分散性,使粉体粒度均匀并呈球形分布。在1100℃煅烧4h所得粉体粒度均匀,粒径在60~80nm之间,具有良好的分散性,适合作为制备Yb3+:Y2O3透明陶瓷的粉体材料。
Yb^3+:Y203 nanopowders were synthesized by using the no-precipitation process from coarse Y:O3 powders, Yb20, nitric acid and NH3· H20. The properties of the powders calcined at different temperatures were characterized by TG/DTA, XRD, SEM and fluorescence spectrum methods. The results indicated that moderate PEG used as an additive in the precursor can improve the dispersibility of the powder. The nanopowder calcined at 1100 ℃ for 4h was 60-80nm in particle diameter, well dispersed, and is suitable for the fabrication of Yb^+3+:Y2O3 transparent ceramics.
