提高特业培训质量途径分析

Approaches to improve special operation training

针对特种作业人员安全技术培训工作中普遍存在的问题,采用理论结合实践的方法,分析了当前特业人员安全培训中存在课时没有保障、管理松散等不足,提出了加强学员管理、强化安全培训、改进教学方法、提高培训质量等改进特业培训工作的建议。研究结论对搞好特业培训,减少安全事故发生具有促进作用。

To solve the common problems of safety skills training for special operation personnel,both theoretical and practical methods are adopted to analyze the weakness in terms of insufficient training time and loose management.Suggestions are put forward for enhancing special operation training,such as strengthening trainees’ management,intensifying safety training,advancing teaching methods and improving training quality.The results will help reduce safety accidents.
