摘要
安康市有大量的农民外出务工,本文就安康市农民外出务工的原因、特点及外出务工过程中存在的问题进行了研究分析,并针对存在的问题提出了如何解决的措施。
Ankang has a lot of farmers leaving hometown to search jobs in city.This article described the reasons causing migrant workers in Ankang and characteristics and problems in the process of migration.Measures for solving the problems and management of rural migrant workers were suggested.
