摘要 高原训练是提高运动员有氧耐力的重要手段之一,探索高原训练对速滑运动员红细胞变化和机能的影响,提高速滑运动员有氧耐力的能力,缩短我国速滑运动与冰雪强国的差距,促使我国速滑运动更加广泛地采用高原训练作为提高速滑运动员基础能力的有效途径。采用海拔l 917 m高原对速滑运动员进行陆地训练,结果表明在5周的高原训练过程中,以及结束高原训练回到平原的1周内运动员的(RBC)和(Hb)比高原训练前均有显著提高;在回到平原的第2周内,运动员的RBC和Hb比高原训练前均有明显提高,表明参加高原训练有益于提高速滑运动员有氧耐力水平。 In consideration of the altitude training as an important means for improving the athletes' aerobic endurance,it's an effective way for improving the speed skaters' aerobic endurance and shortening the difference between China and other ice-snow sports power countries and improving Chinese skaters' basic ability by audaciously taking the altitude training to quest for the effect of altitude training on their red blood cell.The results of some speed skaters' land training at 1917m above sea level show that their red blood cell count and hemoglobin have statistically significant improvement in the process of 5 weeks altitude training and within a week being back from the altitude training than before the altitude training;these indexes have remarkable increment within the second week being back from the altitude training than before the altitude training.The paper indicates the altitude training may improve the speed skaters' aerobic endurance.
