索契冬奥会我国速度滑冰500m金牌突破的策略

通过对我国速度滑冰500 m项目近年来参加国际大赛的成绩和选手实力进行分析,认为女子500 m项目具备冲金实力,男子500 m具备夺牌实力,并对存在的问题进行了挖掘,提出技术与体能、前100m训练、弯道贴线滑技术、调整赛前比赛频度和强度、服装技术与冰刀结构技术的保障及对冬奥会场地气候环境适应、减轻心理压力等问题,是中国速滑短距离运动员备战2014年索契冬奥会重视和需要投入主要精力解决的重大问题,并针对这些问题阐述了实现金牌突破的相关战略与措施,为备战训练参赛者提供参考。

By analyzing the Chinese achievement and capability in international speed skating 500m competitions in recent years,the article thinks that the Chinese have the capability of winning the gold medal in women 500m and winning the medal in men 500m.After finding out some existing problems,it indicates that the significant problems for Chinese sprint skaters preparing the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics relate to the technique and physical power,the first 100m training,the close curve skill,the control of competitive frequency and intensity before the competition,the technological support of suit and skate,the acclimatization of Winter Olympics host city and the psychological control.As a reference for Chinese participants preparing the game,it also suggests the relative strategy on actualizing the breakthrough of gold medal.
