摘要 新西兰教育部非常重视教育领导力建设。目前,新西兰教育领导力建设所取得的突出成就则是颁布了《新西兰校长领导力》文件。作为该文件的核心,教育领导力模型集中反映了新西兰现在和未来学校对校长专业知识、技能和品质的期望。本文对该模型进行了系统的介绍,以期能为我国各界认识教育领导力的内涵,改进教育领导与管理的实效提供参考。 The Ministry of New Zealand values the construction of educational leadership very much.The outstanding outcome of the construction recently is the issue of Kiwi Leadership for Principals.The core of the document is the model of educational leadership.This model describes the knowledge,skills and qualities of New Zealand principals that they are looking for,now and future. This paper completely introduces this model in order to help us recognize the connotation of educational leadership and provide some references for the improvement of educational leadership and management in our country.
