摘要 从水源类型、供水能力等方面对由四方台水源、朱顺屯水源、七水厂取水水源、地下水源、磨盘山水源、西泉眼水源组成的哈尔滨市城市主要在用和后备水源点,以及相应的输配水工程进行了系统的分析。以之为基础,预设松花江连续枯水、松花江上游水体突发污染、磨盘山水库远距离输水管道突发破坏3种水源灾害事件,并对灾害性事件对哈尔滨市城市水源工程的风险影响进行了分析,以期为哈市城市水安全保障研究提供一定的参考。 From the perspectives of water source types and water supply capacity,main water sources and reserved water sources in Harbin City have been analyzed,which mainly consist of water sources of Sifangtai,Zhushuntun,the 7th water work,Mopanshan mountain,Xiquanyan and groundwater.The relative water transmission and distribution projects have also been analyzed.Based on the analysis above,3 types of water source disasters are preset,which respectively are the Songhua River in the state of continuous dry seasons,water contamination bursting out on the upstream of Songhua River and water transmission aqueducts from Mopanshan Reservoir breaking down.In addition,the influence of water supply in Harbin by these presetting possible disaster events are valued to provide references to water security and relevant researches in Harbin.
