摘要
考察膜生物反应器处理污水过程中,污泥混合液中以及膜上胞外聚合物(EPS),溶解性微生物产物(SMP)以及其中蛋白质,多糖,蛋白质/多糖(p/c),黏度等对膜污染的影响,进而为膜污染的研究和工程实践提供理论指导.结果表明:膜上EPS以及其中的蛋白质,多糖是考察的多个因素中对膜污染的影响最大的因素.污泥混合液中多糖,p/c,膜上p/c,黏度与TMP的相关性都较大,是对膜污染影响的较大因素.污泥混合液中EPS以及其中的蛋白质,SMP以及其中的蛋白质,多糖和p/c对膜污染的影响较小.与多糖相比蛋白质对膜污染贡献较大.
This paper studies the effects of polymeric substances,soluble microbial products and protein,carbohydrate in them and the ratio bewteen protein and carbohydrate,viscosity and other parameters on membrane fouling.The results indicate that EPS on the surface of membrane as well as protein,and carbohydrate in it are ultimate influencing factors towards TMP's increase and the aggravation of membrane fouling.And the carbohydrate in EPS in mixed liquor,p/c as well as p/c on membrane surface and viscosity had some impact on membrane fouling.EPS in mixed liquor,protein in it as well as SMP and protein,carbohydrate has less impact on membrane fouling.Protein has a larger effect towards membrane fouling than carbohydrate.
