提出基于PKI体制构建的VPN电子政务网,分析其基本原理以及关键技术.提出基于CPK体制构建的VPN电子政务网并分析其基本功能以及关键技术.通过比较PKI与CPK,分析出PKI所存在的缺憾,满足不了当前VPN电子政务网的高可信性、强验证机制的需求,而最终选择CPK体制来构建VPN电子政务网.

This paper puts forward ＂building VPN E-government network based on PKI system＂ and analyzes the basic principles and key techniques.And puts forward＂building VPN E-government network based on CPK system＂ and the basic functions and key technologies.Through comparing PKI with CPK to analyze the shortcomings inherent in PKI,because it can not meet the demand for high credibility and strong authentication mechanism of the current VPN E-government network,CPK system is chosen to construct network..
