摘要
针对木材加工现场残留大量不规整小木块、木材综合利用率低的现状,设计一种基于PLC控制的新型自动多片锯,实现非规整木块的自动化锯切生产.新型自动多片锯由自动上料部件、高度检测部件、自动牵引部件、圆锯调整部件等关键部件组成.实际生产表明,新型自动多片锯能自动锯切不规整的小木块,锯切400 mm长单木块的时间少于10 s,可有效提高木材的综合利用率和木材加工的生产效率,降低工人劳动强度,保护工人身体健康.
To improve the comprehensive utilization rate of China's timber processing,a novel automatic multi-chip saw based on PLC controller is designed.The novel saw can be used to cut non-normalized wood block.The novel multi-chip saw is constituted of some key components,such as automatic feeding mechanism,block height measurement mechanism,automatic traction parts,saw adjustment mechanism.Production practice shows that the novel automatic multi-chip saw can cut small normalized wood blocks,and the time for sawing block 400 mm-length is less than 10 s.The novel saw can improve the comprehensive utilization of timber,increase the production efficiency for cutting,reduce labors' intensity,protect the workers' health.
