摘要
通过对企业实施清洁生产审核的过程进行分析,将清洁生产的实施分为中高费方案和无/低费方案两基本变量,借鉴已有企业环境管理的绩效研究成果,把企业绩效评估分为财务绩效和非财务性绩效两基本变量.以长三角地区实施清洁生产审核的企业为调查对象进行问卷调查,最终获得125份有效问卷,通过SPSS14.0及AMOS4.0专业软件对上面4个基本变量进行验证性因子分析,再在理论假设的基础上构建以上4潜变量之间的结构方程路径图.数据分析结果表明,上面4个潜变量之间的假设得到验证,从而间接地验证了企业清洁生产对经济绩效产生正向关系.
This paper diseusses the relationship between the firm＇s cleaner production and its business performance in China.With factors and process analysis of cleaner production,implementation of cleaner production is divided into two variables： high-cost projects and low / no-cost projects.Business performance is divided into two variables： financial and non-financial performance.In the questionnaire,many questions to measure the four basic variables above.The four latent variable indirect relationships indicate that there is a positive impact for the cleaner production on business performance.
