中医流派学术传承教育的思考与实践

Thinking and practice on master-apprentice education model of traditional Chinese medicine

中医流派传承作为中医药师承教育过程中的特殊形态,对发挥中医药特色优势有着重要的促进和推动作用.本文从中医流派学术传承教育的自身规律出发,引入知识管理方法,建构社会化、外显化、组合化、内隐化（socialization、externalization、combination、internalization,SECI）传承模型,并结合我国孟河医派学术传承中的实践进行了阐述.

As a special form of Chinese medicine education, master-apprentice education is important to develope advantages of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）. On the basis of the law of master-apprentice education of traditional Chinese schools, this paper will raise an innovation master-apprentice education model-＂SECI＂ （socialization, externalization, combination and internalization ）model under the vision of tacit knowledge management, and this paper will also introduce the practice of handing-down tcaching in MENG He Chinese medicine school.
