摘要
沈阳地铁洪重区间隧道采用盾构法斜穿沈山铁路。通过合理的施工过程控制,实现了快速通过,最终保证地表沉降和轨面沉降控制在6 mm以内。不仅避免了地层加固和扣轨等辅助工法的采用,同时确保沈山铁路的正常运营,并有效地保护了周边环境。另外,采用盾构施工参数与监测数据相结合、实测数据与理论计算相结合的方式进行分析,得出了相应的地表沉降规律及合理的施工参数。
The Hongzhong section tunnel of Shenyang Metro inclines to cut through Shenyang-Shanhaiguan Railway with shield tunneling method.Through reasonable construction control,it realized passing quickly,and finally ensures that the surface subsidence and rail surface settlement are controlled within 6mm.h not only avoids the auxiliary construction methods such as stratum reinforcement, buckling rail and others,but also guarantee the normal operation of Shenyang-Shanhaiguan Railway,and effectively protects surrounding environment.In addition,this paper analyzes with the methods of combining shield tunneling construction parameters with monitoring data, and combining measured data with theoretical calculation to obtain the corresponding law of surface settlement and reasonable construction parameters.
