企业间的竞争是人才的竞争,培训作为培养人才的一种重要手段,已成为企业在竞争激烈的市场上能否取胜的一项关键性工作。由于建筑施工企业内部结构和人员结构的复杂性,如何做好员工培训工作就成了企业的头等大事。文章从不同层面、不同角度对企业如何做好员工培训进行了探讨。
