摘要
考察了以玉米杆、氧化剂、石灰、硫酸为主要原料,CT1、CT2、CT3为催化剂生产草酸时,反应时间、反应温度及物料配比等因素对草酸收率的影响。实验结果表明,以上因素对草酸收率均有一定的影响;三种催化剂能使整个工艺过程在几小时内完成;采用新的提纯技术后,草酸纯度可达99.7%。草酸总成本为5000元/t左右。该技术的推广及应用将产生显著的社会效益和较好的经济效益。
The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature and material ratio on the yield of oxalic acid were investigated in the production of oxalic acid by using maize stalk, lime, oxidizer and sulfuric acid as main materials and CT1, CT2, and CT3 as catalysts. The experiment showed that the above factors had certain influences on the yield of oxalic acid; the entire process could be completed over the three catalysts within a few hours and when a new purification technology was adopted, the purity of oxalic acid could reach 99.7%. The total production cost is about 5000 yuan/ton. The application and popularization of the process will produce an obvious social benefit and a better economical result.
