摘要
介绍了采用液相色谱法、C_(18)柱,以乙腈和水作为流动相,在254nm波长下对砜嘧·莠去津19.5%油悬浮剂中2种有效成分进行定量分析的方法。该方法的标准偏差分别为0.0089和0.1495;变异系数分别为1.71%和0.78%:平均回收率分别为100.04和99.47:线性相关系数分别为0.9995和0.9998。
This paper introduced a method for determination of Rimsulfuron + Atrazine Oil Miscible Flowable Concentrate by HPLC with C18 Column, UV 254nm detection, acetonitrile + water as mobile phase. The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.008 9 and 0.149 5, the coefficients of variation was 1.71% and 0.78%; the average recovery was 100.04% and 99.47%; linear correlation was 0.999 5 and 0.999 8 for rimsulfuron and atrazine respectively.
