摘要
设计了间歇釜式和连续管式两套实验反应装置。在间歇釜式反应装置上,研究了甲酸甲酯的自催化水解过程,反应温度、压力、水酯比及往原料中加入甲醇或甲酸等条件对反应的诱导时间、达到平衡的时间及酯水解率的影响,得到了水解反应的最佳工艺条件。在连续流动管式反应器中,由于反应管长径比较大,接近理想流动的活塞流反应器。在相同反应条件下,将两种反应器所得的结果进行了比较。
Both intermittent tank reactor and continuous tubular reactor were designed. In the former device, the effects of autocatalytical hydro ysis of methyl formate, reaction temperature, pressure, water and methyl formate ratio and the addition of methanol or formic acid into the raw material on the induction period of reaction, the time to equilibrium and hydrolysis rate of methyl formate were investigated, thus obtaining the optimum process conditions for hydrolysis. In the lattrer device, because the lengthdiameter ratio of the reaction tube is larger it was similar to the ideal flowing piston flow reactor. The results obtained on the same reaction conditions from the two reactors were compared.
