园艺植物器官脱落研究进展

Advance of Organ Abscission Research on Horticultural Plants

器官脱落是指植物体的部分器官(如花、叶、果等)脱离母体的过程,一般发生在特定的区域-离区,是细胞结构、生理生化代谢及基因表达等过程共同作用的结果。对园艺植物花器官脱落的离区结构及形成、脱落机理及调控研究方面的主要进展做一概述,重点讨论生长素与乙烯对脱落的调控机制,为进一步深入研究脱落机理提供思路与参考。

Organ abscission is the term used to describe plant organs（flower,leaf,fruit,etc.） separating from the parent plant.The progress generally occurs in a specific area-abscission zone,which is a highly coordinated event involving multiple changes in cell structure,metabolism and gene expression.This review details the structure and formulation of flower abscission zone,signals in abscission and the process of abscission,and the regulation of abscission.It focuses on the regulation mechanisms of auxin and ethylene,so as to provide ideas and guidances for further study on abscission research.
