摘要 为提高辣椒根腐病内生拮抗细菌Hj33-7发酵生产的抗菌活性,对其摇床发酵培养基成分及发酵温度、pH值、通气量、接种量和发酵时间5个发酵条件进行研究。结果表明:在1000mL含麦芽糖20g,酵母浸膏5g,蛋白胨10g的液体培养基中最有利于菌体产生和抗菌活性的提高;最适宜发酵条件为发酵温度28℃,pH值为7,在250mL三角瓶的装液量为20mL,接种量30%,130r.min-1发酵培养48h菌体产生量最大,抗菌活性最高。 The compositions of cultural medium and the fermentation conditions of endophytic antagonistic bacteria Hj33-7 strain isolated from pepper with antifungal activity were studied by using the orthogonal design method.The results showed that the fermentation medium was composed of maltone 2.0%,yeast 0.5% and peptone 1% in favor of growth and antimicrobial activity of strain Hj33-7.The optimal fermentation parameters were 28℃,pH 7.0,20mL culture in 250mL flask,30% inoculation volume and 130 r·min-1 for 48h,which had the strongest growth and antagonistic activity of Hj33-7 strain.
