播种机排种监测系统设计与试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 为实现对播种机排种器工作过程的实时监测,提高播种机播种质量,结合指夹式排种器免耕播种机结构特点,研制了播种机排种监测系统,并进行了试验研究。监测元件采用激光二极管加凸透镜作为发射端发射平行光束,受光端采用间隔3mm的3个光敏二极管组成的串联回路。根据排种管特征设计了相应安装结构,同时增加了防尘装置。通过正常排种试验及种子贴排种管侧壁运动的极端种子流动情况表明,监测元件监测准确,监测系统稳定。 To achieve real-time monitoring of working process of seed-metering device and improve sowing quality,the seeding monitoring system was established according to the structure of finger-type seed-metering device of no-tillage seeder.The monitoring devices adopted laser diode and convex lens as transmitter that transmit parallel beams,Photic port adopted the series circuit which was comprised by three light-sensitive diodes with 3mm interval,Corresponding installation structure was designed and dustproof device was added according the characteristic of seeding pipe.Regular seeding test and extreme seed flowing condition of seed pasting side wall of seeding pipe showed that the devices monitored accurately and the monitoring system was steady.
