摘要
分析了高温变换催化剂在反应器中的操作过程,认为升温还原阶段是决定催化剂机械强度及其可靠性的关键阶段。采用Dn-饱和最优实验设计方法研究了升温还原中有关因素对催化剂强度的影响。结果表明,还原样的强度均值与主要操作条件存在简单的二次型关系,各主要操作条件均对强度有显著的影响,还原样的强度和磁化率呈明显的正相关,故可认为还原样强度及可靠性与还原深度有关。结果还表明,还原时期的操作条件对催化剂活性有显著的影响,因而还原的优化操作需同时考虑强度和活性的要求。
For commercial high temperature shift catalyst, its heating and reduction process plays a very important role in getting high reliability of mechanical strength. The effect of heating rate, reduction temperature and steam-gas ratio has been studied by Dn-saturation optimum experimental method. The result shows that all of the three factors strongly influence the strength of reduced sample and a second order relation between the mean strength of the reduced sample and above factors has been established. The effect on the mechanical strength is in parallel with that on the magnetic susceptibility of the reduced sample, such phenomenon indicates the level and the reliability of mechanical strength of the reduced catalyst bear some correlation with the depth of reduction.
