摘要
目的:探讨隐形义齿即刻修复的可行性。方法:对84例患者采用拔出患牙前预先做好隐形义齿,拔除患牙半小时后即刻戴入的方法修复。结果:76件修复体初戴时均就位顺利,固位良好。结论:隐形义齿即刻修复可消除拔牙引起的面部塌陷、面容苍老和心理障碍,还能保护术区,利于创口的愈合及面部外形、语音、咀嚼等功能的恢复。
Objective： To explore the stealth the feasibility of immediate dentures.Methods： Of 84 cases of the use pull-out well in advance of teeth denture recessive instantly,the removal of teeth immediately after wearing 30 minutes into the restoration of repair methods.Results： 76 prosthesis in place when beginning to wear well,and retention of good.Conclusions： The immediate dentures can be caused by the extraction face collapse,and the old face psychological barriers,but also protect the operation area,conducive to the healing of the wound and facial appearance,voice,chewing function,and so on.
