摘要
目的:研究激光表面强化技术对牙科钴铬合金机械性能的影响。方法:选用临床上常用的钴铬合金作为实验对象,并制成检测试件,进行激光表面强化处理,扫描电镜观察合金表面金相结构及形貌的变化;并测试试件表面硬度及耐磨性的改变,结果进行统计学分析。结果:激光表面强化后,合金晶粒得到细化;表面硬度及耐磨性得到提高(P<0.01)。结论:激光表面强化技术有明显改善牙科钴铬合金机械性能的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of laser surface hardening technology on mechanical properties of dental cobalt-chromium alloy.Methods: The specimens made of cobalt-chromium alloy were processed by laser surface hardening technology in this study.The surface metallographic structure and morphology changes were observed by scanning electron microscope.The surface hardness and wear resistance of all the specimens were tested,and then the results were statistically analyzed.Results: Alloy grains were refined after surface hardening and the surface hardness and wear resistance of cobalt-chromium alloy were significantly improved(P 0.01).Conclusions: Laser surface hardening technology has a positive effect in improving the mechanical properties of dental cobalt-chromium alloy.
