摘要
某住宅小区4号楼为平面和立面均不规则的超限高层建筑,结构设计时重点从概念设计出发,采用2种计算方法进行分析,并针对薄弱环节采取加强措施,保证结构安全合理,文中着重介绍其结构超限分析及抗震加强措施。
The forth building lives in the family residential district,some of adverse factors,such as plane and vertical irregular,are existed in the complicated and high-rise building with large podium.Based on structural seismic conception design,two kinds of analysis methods and seismic fortification measures are given,and so the structure is safe.And moreover,the analysis beyond code limits of the building and seismic fortification measures are introduced in detail.
