当今世界,仲裁机制已成为从事国际商事交易者优先选用的解决国际商事纠纷的方式。本论文通过多种研究方法,解析世界及我国国际商会仲裁机制在国际商事纠纷中应用的现状,总结出国际商会仲裁机制是解决国际商事纠纷的重要方式。

Today＇s world,the ABR mechanism has been engaged in international commercial transactions and it has become the preferred way of resolving international commercial disputes.In this paper,through many research methods,the CICC arbitration in international commercial disputes is analysed.ICC makes arbitration on international disputes,mainly based on＂Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards＂and the domestic law of ABR.
