沙葱多糖对肉羊体内抗氧化作用的影响 被引量:3

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF POLYSACCHARIDE FROM ALLIUM MONGOLICUM REGEL ON ANTIOXIDATION IN SHEEP

摘要 本试验选用60只体重为30.9±3.2kg的肉羊,随机分为4组,即对照组和3个试验组,每组15只羊。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.03%、0.06%、0.09%沙葱多糖,预试期15d,正试期60d。在正试期第0d、15d、30d、45d和60d清晨空腹颈静脉采血,并测定了血清中的抗氧化指标,旨在探讨沙葱多糖对肉羊体内抗氧化的作用。结果表明:试验Ⅲ组的血清T-SOD、GSH-PX含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并显著降低脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的生成量(P<0.05),但各试验组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。在第30d时,试验Ⅱ组血清中CAT含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但各试验组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。在第45d时,试验Ⅲ组血清中CAT含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但各试验组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。随着试验期的延长,试验Ⅲ组血清T-AOC含量显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),高于试验Ⅱ组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。沙葱多糖能够有效提高肉羊体内的抗氧化能力,并且具有时间和剂量依赖性。 This study investigated the effect of polysaccharide from Allium Mongolicum Regel on antioxidation function in meat sheep.60 meat sheep with an initial body weight of 30.9±3.2kg were randomly divided into 4 groups,each group has 15 sheep.The control group were fed a basal diet,the experimental groupⅠ,groupⅡ and groupⅢ were supplemented with 0.03%,0.06%,and 0.09% Allium Mongolicum Regel polysaccharide into basal diet respectivelly.The experiment lasted for 60-day with a 15-day adaptation period.At the 0d、15d、30d、45d and 60d of experiment period,the blood sample were collected respectively,and determined the antioxidation indexes in serum of sheep.The results showed that: the content of T-SOD and GSH-Px in group Ⅲ was significantily higher than that of control group(P0.05),and significantily reduce the content of lipid peroxidation(MDA)than that of control group(P0.05),but the difference was not significant among the experimental groups(P0.05).The content of CAT in groupⅡ was higher than that of control group(P0.05) at the 30d,and the content of CAT in group Ⅲ was higher than that of control group(P0.05) on 45d.Along with experiment march,The content of T-AOC in groupⅢ was higher than that of control group and group Ⅰ(P0.05),and higher than that of group Ⅱ,but the difference was not significant(P0.05).It was concluded that the Allium Mongolicum Regel polysaccharide can improve the antioxidation function in meat sheep.
