摘要
实验以抗丛根病性不同的4个甜菜品种为材料,研究了甜菜坏死黄脉病毒对甜菜幼苗膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明,病毒侵染后甜菜抗病品种幼苗MDA、H2O2含量,CAT、APX、SOD、POD及PAL活性均有不同幅度的变化;甜菜坏死黄脉病毒作用的第2d、第3d时,以上各指标达到峰值,且甜菜抗病品种H2O2含量、CAT、APX、SOD、POD及PAL活性显著高于感病品种;甜菜感病品种MDA含量显著高于抗病品种。结果说明,在甜菜坏死黄脉病毒作用下,甜菜抗病品种通过诱导抗氧化酶类活性升高,降低膜脂过氧化水平,从而提高甜菜对甜菜坏死黄脉病毒的抗性。
The effects of Beet Necrotic Yellow Vein Vius(BNYVV) on the membrane lipid peroxidation were investigation in sugar beet seedings.The results showed that the content of MDA and H2O2 appeared to increased;the antioxidant enzymes such as CAT、APX、SOD and POD activity were also increased by BNYVV.The content H2O2 and CAT、APX、SOD、POD activity of resistant varieties were higher than that of susceptibility varieties;the MDA contents were higer than that of resistane varities.This result showed : there exist a close relationship between resistance to BNYVV and the membrane lipid peroxidation of Sugarbeet.
