不同条件对球孢白僵菌分生孢子萌发的影响

THE EFFECTS OF CONDITIONS FOR CONIDIOPHORE GERMINATION OF Beauveria bassiana VUILLEMIN

球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana Vuillemin是沙棘木蠹蛾(Holcocerus hippophaecolus)的主要病原物之一,为更好利用白僵菌,室内测定了分离自沙棘木蠹蛾的球孢白僵菌菌株SJ-05分生孢子的萌发条件。结果表明分生孢子萌发的最适温度在25℃～30℃,最适pH值为6～8之间。菌株SJ-05在50℃热胁迫下的拟合方程Is=1.0089/[1+exp(-3.6571+0.207812t)],半衰期LT50=18.2min。在10h以内,光保护剂浓度为0.10%的荧光增白剂和浓度为0.15%的抗坏血酸Vc的保护作用最强,超过10h后,浓度为0.15%的抗坏血酸Vc的保护作用则超过浓度为0.10%的荧光增白剂。

Beauveria bassiana Vuillemin is one of the most important pathogenies of Holcocerus hippophaecolus.In order to use the pathogeny to control the insect,the condition for the germination of conidiophore was studied.The research shows that： the optimum temperature for the conidiophore germination of the strain SJ-05 was from 25℃ to 30℃.the optimum pH was from 6 to 8.The fitting equation of the strain SJ-05 under the thermal stress of 50℃ was that Is= 1.008 9/[1＋exp（-3.6571＋0.207 812t）],and the median lethal time was 18.2min.Within 10h under the UV burned,the protection of 0.10% Fluorescent brightener and 0.15% Vc were better than others.But more than 10 hours,the protection of 0.15% Vc is better than 0.10% Fluorescent brightener.
