摘要
东亚小花蝽Orius sauteri(Poppius)是桃蚜Myzus pericae(Sulzer)的重要天敌之一。为更好利用其防治桃蚜,我们研究了它的生物学特性及其对桃蚜的功能反应。研究证明在25±1℃下,东亚小花蝽完成1个世代需20d~33d,其中卵期为1d~3d,1龄若虫期2d~4d,2龄若虫期2d~4d,3龄若虫期2d~3d,4龄若虫期2d~3d,5龄若虫期3d~4d,成虫期6d~19d。东亚小花蝽一生可捕食桃蚜345头,其中1龄一生捕食桃蚜12头,2龄捕食桃蚜19头,3龄捕食桃蚜20头,4龄捕食桃蚜27头,5龄捕食桃蚜42头,成虫捕食桃蚜225头,捕食量随龄期而增加。东亚小花蝽成虫羽化时间多集中在6:00am~10:00 am,羽化当天即可交尾,产卵开始于交尾后的第6d,产卵高峰期在交尾后的第8d,一生可产卵42粒/♀。东亚小花蝽成虫对桃蚜的功能反应呈HollingⅡ型,拟合的圆盘方程为Na=0.9753N0/(1+0.0088N0)。
Orius sauteri(Poppius) is one of the major natural enemy of Myzus pericae(Sulzer).The biological characteristics and functional response to O.sauteri was studied in order to control peach aphid well.Totally 20~33 days was needed for the O.sauteri to complete its life circle at the temperature of 25±1℃.1d~3d for egg,2d~4d for the 1st instar,2d~4d for the 2nd instar,2d~3d for the 3rd instar,2d~3d for the 4th instar,3d~4d for the 5th instar,6d~19d for adult.O.sauteri could prey 345 peach aphid in its lifetime,The 1st instar nmphy could prey 12 peach aphid,the 2nd instar nmphy could prey 19,the 3rd instar nmphy could prey 20,the 4th instar nmphy could prey 27,the 5th instar nmphy could prey 42,the adult could prey 225.Adults emerged at 6:00~10:00 am,and copulate soon after the emergence,Oviposition was on the 6th day after copulation.The peak of oviposition was on the 8th day after copulation.An adult could lay 42 eggs in its lifetime.The function response to peach aphid coincided with HollingⅡ,the model equation was Na=0.9753N/(1+ 0.0088N0).
