沙葱休眠种子萌发对3种化学处理的应答反应 被引量:8

摘要 本文以沙葱休眠种子为试材,研究浓H2SO4、PEG-6000(w/w)和GA3对种子萌发的影响,以期掌握促进萌发的最佳组合条件。结果表明:(1)浓H2SO4浸种5min可促进沙葱种子萌发,萌发率高于对照2.25倍;(2)15%PEG浸种6h,是促进沙葱种子萌发的最佳组合,萌发率为60%,高于对照5倍;(3)浓度为50mg/l─1000mg/l的赤霉素浸种各处理,对沙葱休眠种子萌发影响不大,相比而言浓度为200mg/l的GA3处理,对沙葱种子萌发有一定的促进作用。综上得出15%PEG浸种6h,是本实验条件下促进沙葱休眠种子萌发的最优组合。 The effect on seed germination of Allium mongolicum Regel through the treatments of H2SO4(98%)、PEG-6000(w/w) and GA3 was studied,in order to choose the optimal method of facilitating seed germination.The results showed that:(1) The 5 min soaking time treatments of H2SO4 could enhance the germination of Allium mongolicum seeds and was 2.25 times higher than CK;(2) The concentration of 15%(w/w) PEG for soaking 6h was the optimal group,was 5 times higher than CK;(3)The effect of GA3 treatments on germination was not obvious from 50mg/l─1000mg/l,however,concentration of 200mg / l of GA3 had a certain role in promoting.In a word,the concentration of 15%(w/w) PEG for soaking 6h was the optimal group in three treatments
