摘要
本论文研究了盐胁迫对龙牙草植株生长和理化特性的影响。试验结果如下:0.1%NaCl处理对龙牙草生长没有影响。随着NaCl处理浓度的提高,龙牙草出现萎蔫,植株成活率降低。高浓度NaCl(≧0.5%)处理导致龙牙草全部死亡。在低浓度NaCl处理下,龙牙草叶片过氧化氢酶活性、叶绿素含量先呈上升趋势,然后随着处理时间的延长逐渐下降,表明低浓度盐胁迫在一定时间内对龙牙草过氧化氢酶活性及叶绿素含量有轻微刺激作用;高浓度NaCl处理下,龙牙草叶片过氧化氢酶活性、叶绿素含量一直呈下降趋势,高浓度盐胁迫抑制了其生理活性。胁迫时间越长,抑制作用越明显。
The effects of salt stress on the growth,CAT activity and chlorophyll content in Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb were investigated.The results showed that: 0.1% NaCl treatment had no effect on the growth of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb.Plants wilting and decreased survival rate were observed with the increment of NaCl concentration.Higher NaCl concentration(≧ 0.5%) led to plants death.Catalase activity and chlorophyll content of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb leaf increased at low NaCl concentration,then declined with time passing,indicating the slight stimulation at low NaCl concentrations.Treated with NaCl at higher concentration,catalase activity and chlorophyll content of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb leaf decreased gradually,showing the physiological inhabitation caused by NaCl at high concentration.The longer the stress lasted,the stronger the stress was.
