额吉淖尔盐湖补水溶盐制卤工艺的研究与利用

摘要 额吉淖尔盐湖由于严重缺水,导致滩晒池用卤量不足,盐湖卤水老化,卤水质量下降,盐湖退化,对原盐产量、质量造成严重的影响。本文通过对盐湖补水溶盐制卤工艺的研究与利用,实施溶盐制卤,使制卤后的卤水平均浓度达到25.5波美度,NaCl含量为262.42 g/L,钠镁比值为7.03。同时,通过用老卤库收集滩晒池排放的老卤,有效地防止老卤回湖,缓解了盐湖卤水的老化,提高了原盐质量和盐湖资源的综合利用能力。 Due to severe water shortages of Er Ji nao er,lead to tan pool lithium-bearing brine,lithium-bearing brine serious aging,brine quality descend and salt lake degradation,considering the quality of output,causing serious influence.Based on the saline water soluble salt brine process of research and utilization,implementation of salt halogen,make the brine halogen system 25.5 baume degrees corresponding to an average concentration,NaCl content is 262.42g/L,Na Mg ratio for7.03.At the same time,through the use of library collection of old halogen bask in discharge of old pool,effectively prevent old lake bittern back,to ease the lithium-bearing brine aging,to improve the quality and considering the comprehensive utilization of salt lake resource.
