加强政府投资项目廉政风险点管理,是新形势下加强反腐倡廉工作的需要。政府投资项目廉政风险点存在于政府投资项目从申报、决策、实施到建成、投入使用的不同阶段、不同环节,因此,应从项目决策投资控制、建设资金管理使用、招标投标、物资采购及质量安全管理等环节加强管理。

It is necessary for the strengthening of anti-corruption work under the new situation to enhance the management of clean and honest administration risk point in government investment projects that is reflected at the different periods and links from the application,decision-making,implementation and built-up to the putting into service.Therefore it needs to strengthen the management at such links as the project control to decision-making and investment,the management and utilization of construction capitals,tendering and bidding,material procurement,and quality safety management.
