摘要
企业建立适应知识员工需要的成就激励型全面薪酬制度,应遵循公平、透明、竞争、弹性、长效等原则,以成就激励引领并渗透到薪酬制度设计的全过程,科学地设计全面薪酬,以激发知识员工的创造力。
Any enterprises setting up the total compensation system of achievement incentive adaptable to their knowledge employees are intended to follow those principles of fairness,transparency,competitiveness,flexibility and long-term effective,take the achievement incentive as guideline with the penetration into the whole process of compensation system design,and make scientifically the design of the total compensation system for the stimulation of those knowledge employees' creativity.
