对制药工程学科创新型人才培养的几点思考

制药工程是近年来出现的新兴学科,具有学科间高度交叉、技术和知识高度密集、发展十分迅速的特点。根据我国制药行业的关键科学问题与工程技术的发展变化,需要对制药工程专业教育理念、人才素质及培养训练过程进行创新性构思与设计。

The pharmaceutical engineering is a recently appeared new discipline that has such features as the interaction between disciplines,the high density of technology and knowledge,and the quick development.On the basis of the scientific key issues and engineering technology development required by pharmaceutical industry in China,it needs to do innovatively conception and design of pharmaceutical engineering major on the educational idea,talents quality,and cultivation and training processes.
