摘要
高校维修工程申报立项管理要建立健全维修项目规范化、归口化管理体制机制,制定有关制度,加强事前、事中和事后质量管理,提升管理人员综合素质,确保工程质量,发挥有限维修资金的最大效益。
The application,determination and management of maintenance projects in universities is intended to set up the management system and mechanism of standardization and centralization,establish the related rules and regulations,strengthen the quality control in advance,in process and after the event,promote the comprehensive quality of administrative staffs,and make the limited funds effective.
