教师专业情意是教师对教育事业的情感态度与价值观的融合,是教师专业行为的心理倾向,是教师职业道德的集中体现,也是教师专业发展的精神支柱和根本动力,包括专业理想、专业情操、专业性向和专业自我四个方面。按照这四个方面的综合表现,从质的规定性来分析,教师专业情意的发展水平大体可分为混沌水平、理想水平和道德水平。
