摘要
教师专业情意是教师对教育事业的情感态度与价值观的融合,是教师专业行为的心理倾向,是教师职业道德的集中体现,也是教师专业发展的精神支柱和根本动力,包括专业理想、专业情操、专业性向和专业自我四个方面。按照这四个方面的综合表现,从质的规定性来分析,教师专业情意的发展水平大体可分为混沌水平、理想水平和道德水平。
Teachers professional affection includes professional aptitude and professional ego. Teachers' professional ideal, professional sentiment, emotional attitude and values for educational cause influence the psychological tendency of professional behavior, the professional ethics, and the motive of teachers' professional development. Analyzing from the four qualities, the development of teacher' s professional affection could be summarized as the levels of chaos, ideal and moral in the light of comprehensive performance.
