摘要
学习力就是竞争力。师范院校要贯彻落实好中央的决策部署,为建设高素质专业化教师队伍做贡献,必须在学习型组织建设中大力提高教职工的学习力,积极探索新形势下教职工学习力提高的有效途径,并把学习力转化为推动师范院校科学发展的强大动力。
Learning ability is a competitive ibrce. Educahonal restitutions need to implement me tarry policy from the Central Committee in order to contribute to the construction of high-quality teaching force. They also need to improve teacher learning ability in the course of the learning-based development drive, explore effective approaches to the development of teacher learning ability in response to the changing situations, and transform the learning ability into a driving force for the scientific development of educational institutions.
