运用“五性”原则 增强大学生思想教育的实效性

摘要 改革开放以来,国际国内形势的深刻变化,大学生面临着大量西方文化思潮和价值观念的冲击,一些大学生不同程度地存在政治信仰、理想信念、价值取向、诚信品质、道德修养、社会责任、团结协作、择业交友、网络生活、家庭贫困、心理健康等新问题。我们以往的思想政治教育形式、手段已经远远不能满足新形势下应运而生的新问题、新挑战,大学生思想政治教育亟须进一步加强和改进。作为教育工作者更应该密切联系学生的个人实际和社会实际,遵循学生的成长规律和思想政治教育工作规律,把握大学生思想政治教育的"五性"原则,打开教育工作的新局面,取得教育新成果。 Since the Reform and Opening up, international and domestic situations have changed a lot. College students have been faced with the great impact of the Western culture and values. There exist among them some problems in political beliefs, idealism, value orientation, integrity, morality, social responsibility, solidarity and cooperation, choosing a job and making friends, network life, family poverty, and mental health. The old forms of ideological and political education cannot satisfy the new problems and challenges that have emerged from the situation. College students" ideological and political education needs to be further strengthened and improved. The educator should link the student's individual and social reality, abide by the law of the student's growth and that of the ideological and political education, and use the "five principles" to create a new situation and to achieve new result in education.
