摘要 基于当前的教学模式与实践中对法学从业者的素质要求形成的反差,改进教学方法,培养综合素质高、动脑、动手、动口能力强的学生势在必行。文章以知识产权法学教改为切入点,详尽阐述"多角度互动"在教学中的运用,以期达到窥斑见豹之效。 Due to the fact that the pattern used in present teaching constitutes a contrast against the requirement made to the future law practitioners, it's inevitable to improve teaching methods to cultivate students with high comprehensive qualities and adept in thinking, doing and expressing views. In order to provide an overall picture, taking the teaching reform of the intellectual property law as the cut-in point, this paper will elaborate on the application of "interaction from various angles" in teaching.
