在高职教育中实施"双证书"制度改革的重要性、现状及存在困难分析的基础上,提出健全完善"双证书"衔接法规制度,规范职业资格认证机构,完善资格证书体系的建议,旨在为高职院校顺利推行"双证书"改革创造条件;提出以就业为导向,结合职业资格认证体系标准,构建适合改革思路的高职教育"双证书"教学体系,建立"双证书"教育资源共享平台的想法,突出高职教育培养高素质技能型人才的宗旨。

In order to make preparations for the reform of ＂double certificates＂ in higher vocational education, some suggestions such as improving the rules and regulations, optimizing the system of qualification certificates are made based on the analysis of the status and the difficulties that exist in the reform of ＂double certificates.＂ The professional qualification authentication system standards are employment-oriented.And for the purpose of training high-quality vocational employees, we need to construct a new teaching system that fits the reform of higher vocational education for ＂double certificates, ＂ to establish a platform that can share the education resource of ＂double certificates.＂
