我国电光源产业标准化现状及应对TBT研究

Research on Standardization Status of China's Electric Light Source Industry and Coping with TBT

当前,我国电光源产业转型升级的进程中面临着提升标准化水平和应对技术性贸易措施的巨大压力,以EuP/ErP指令为首的国外能效法规将对产品出口造成重大影响。通过对我国电光源标准化现状及国外技术性贸易措施的分析,建议企业转变观念,参与标准化活动,科研机构、行业协会也应为企业提供各类支撑,促使电光源产业升级转型。

At present, China＇s Electric Light Source Industry is facing the pressure of improving standardization level and coping with Technical Barriers to Trade （TBT） during the process of transformation and upgrading, while foreign energy efficiency regulations represented by EuP/ErP Directive have been a significant impact on exports. On the basis of in-depth analysis to the standardization status of electric light sources in Chin~, and foreign technical trade measures, this paper proposes some suggestions, such as enterprise should change concepts and participate in standardization activities, scientific research institutions and industry associations should also provide enterprises with all kinds of support, to promote the industry upgrading and transformation.
